How can i get from the ohare or midway airport to waukegan IL??

is there any trams or whatever their called that i can take getting off the airport with my 9 month old son to go to waukegan IL? were going up to visit his daddy and were getting married he is in Aschool at the great lakes naval base. taking a cab will be like 80 dollars and wanted to find a different way around if possible im only 19 so i cant rent a car :(

The best way I would say is to take a cab plus you have a baby.
