try rubbing an ice cube where the gum is wait for it to harden then peel off.

Eucalyptus oil works straight away and it doesn't leave a mark!!!

First of all let the gum dry....to make it fast,put the skirt under any hot thing(lamp,bulb)....Later put your skirt in hot water for about 20 minutes and then rinse and scrub with a cotton cloth....the gum will go away easily and quickly......
