  3. Insurance agents and companies accept cash. Most companies will require a bank draft agreement if you want to pay monthly, but they will accept a quarterly payment with a money order.

  4. I take it your employer isn't offering health insurance benefits?  If they are, you need to check with your HR department about how to enroll for benefits.

    If your employer doesn't offer benefits, you need to shop around for an individual benefit plan.  Then you'll write a check or use a credit card to pay premiums, once your coverage becomes effective.

  5. You go to a local agent, and fill out the application, and buy it.

  6. You mean you're getting paid under the table?  In that case, you ain't gonna get employer group insurance.  You'll have to buy an individual policy.

  7. Deposit the money into your checking account and write a check.
