I have way more knowledge of clerical duties in corporate settings, and software capabilities. What should I include in my cover letters?

  1. Take a medical terminology class. A combination of clerical work experience and medical terminology knowledge will help you find the job you're looking for.

  2. let them know you are a fast learner and can learn medical terms etc. very fast. I would also follow up in person, there are medical assistant/admin jobs at PureMedicalJobs, com
