    http://www.tagesschau.de/

    http://www.spiegel.de/

    http://www.heute.de/

hoffe dir hilft das ein wenig weiter

  2. Go on the German yahoo! (yahoo.de)

Read the news, your horoscope, join the groups and chatrooms and visit yahoo! Clever, the German version of yahoo! Answers.

Search the german yahoo site for online magazines and newspapers etc.

  3. search for podcasts, I have found some really good Dutch podcasts from google, if there is something like that for Dutch i'd bet there is for German too!

  4. Amazon.de for books and music

search youtube for a bunch of german music and interviews

    for magazines maybe ebay

  5. I would say google German interviews and news.

that would probably help the most.

If that doesn't help just go to your local library and ask the librarian if she or he has any good german books.

Maybe find a highschool that has a german program as well?

  6. ......and be aware of regional differences (dialects) in spoken German.

    Tchüss

  7. The internet is probably your best bet unless you have a bookstore that carries German books and magazines in your area.

Try Newspapers online like: Frankfurter allegmeine zeitung, or Koelner Stadtanzeiger. Some periodicals like readers digest are also available in german, although I am not certain you can read that particular one over the internet. Focus is a very good political german magazine. It is a highly respected and fairly unbiased magazine.

Amazon.de will also have a mountain of books in german available to you.

Viel Glueck  und spass beim Deutsch lernen.

  8. Tokio Hotel music!!! that's how i started learning German :) Also amazon.com has books that teach you German, so you'd actually be comprehending it instead of reading words. Here's one i strongly recommend-
