How can i get hold of all the event organisers details to make them aware of what we have to offer?

Is there a specific mailing list company i can target? Any help would be appreciated

You would be suprised how effective cold calling is.  People knock it a lot but I do occasional cold calls and it is very effective.

What is it that you offer?

If you go to the AEO website (the Association of Exhibition Orgainsers) they have a full list of members with their contact details, and is the best industry association around. They do cover events as well as exhibitions, so I would try them out.

I also work in exhibitions, so that was why I was wondering what your offering was.
