How can i get in shape for football season in august I'm 14 suggestions?

  1. Football meaning soccer? Cause if so then you need to keep a healthy diet, which means fruit vegetables and some meat should be your main diet. And lots of water. Powerade isn't water. It doesn't help.

    Also keep fit by taking a short jog maybe around your street or a local park. Also go to the park sometimes and have a kick around with the ball. Also try not to get injured. If you do, rest the injury, put ice on it, and elevate it (meaning like just put it up like yeah).

    Anyway there are other things but your only fourteen so yeah.


  2. Here's a site with lots of info.  I would recommend doing lots of yoga.  The stretching will increase your flexibility and decrease injuries.  You are young and STILL GROWING.  Don't put too much emphasis on weight lifting.
