  1. these are some really good excercises that got me in shape for volleyball. good luck! =]

  2. i personally practice my hitting on my garage door, i also just go to the nearest volleyball court, which happens to be a sand volleyball court,  practice jumping high for spiking, doing agilities like karaoke stepping, high knees crab walking

and when you serve make sure to hit with your palm and hit more up and out, i went for a year serving with my hand pressing down.

  3. You should try joining a swim team it got me in really good shape. You don't have to go to any meets, just go to the practices and build up your muscles.

  4. If you have a friend or someone with you that will play with you bump and/or set to yourself then to your partner. If you want to increase your vertical so you can jump higher do any kind of squat jumps or get something thats like less then 2 ft and do like 2 reps of 20 or something like that. For spiking you can hit the ball against the wall and when it pops back up just keep on doing it. When your with a partner one of yall can bump to them they can set to you then you can hit it at them and then it will just keep going on from there. Lay on the floor set to yourself. walk around bumping the ball. practice your footwork 1. step and hopyou just step then take a big hop 2.step cross hop- step cross your feet and hop pretty self explanatory but you know just in case. make sure when your doing those you try to cover as much area as you can when doing those.

for speed i would set a distance and run it. time it everytime u do it and try to beat ur previous time.

  5. run on a tredmill
