The Embassy of India, Paris has selected VF Services (UK) Limited, as its outsourcing partner for acceptance of visa applications and return of documents in France.

Start Date:

The VFS (UK) Ltd. will commence its operations from 1st February, 2008 in Paris, while the services in Marseilles and Lyon will start shortly thereafter.

Timings:

Visa application can be deposited with VFS offices from 0800 to 1400 hrs. on all working days (Monday through Friday).  The documents can be collected from 1200 to 1700 hrs. at the Paris centre and 1430 to 1630 hrs. in Marseille.  In Lyon, the documents will be delivered back through post.

Service-Fee:

A service-fee of Euros 12 will be charged by VFS per application over and above the normal visa-fees of the Embassy.  Postal charges, wherever applicable, will be in addition.

From 1st February 2008 onwards, all visa applicants except those holding diplomatic / official passports / UN laissez-passer, should submit their applications to the VF Service Paris office.  All postal applications may also please be sent to VF Service Paris on their above address.  The procedure for sending applications to VF Service directly in person or by post may please be checked on their web-site cited above.
