It depends the urgency/necessity of finding the details of the person.

U  will have to contact the computerised Reservation Centre of Mumbai Central/Mumbai CST Station. Contact the chief Supervisor of the centre. Convince him about your urgency. They have all the data and can very well help you to find out the person, travelling details, address, phone no . etc. but I'll again say this all depends on your urgency/seriousness.

Railway Auuthority wont share the information for petty reasons.

Try to take the help of a Railway Employee who knows you.

Why? What's the problem? Is there something wrong about him/her? You can just get the information about the passenger from the respective Railway Station. Hope nothing wrong went. But, even if you find the details abou that passenger in the Railway Station, you won't be able to find that person's contact address or phone number !!!!! :(

you can go to railway station where the resrvetion is done and ask them they will give u a list and u can find the person

You can find out from the Passenger Manifest of that train from the Railway Station.
