how can i get ink pen out of a white polo and khaki's?

Hair spray works great.  Use the really cheap stuff, spray it on, rub it with a rag or into itself, then spray again.  Then put in the washer.

It works wonders on getting ball point pen out. I don't know if it works on gel pen, but the ballpoint ink definately.
