Question:

How can i get into good shape?

i am 12 years old im 6"00 and 145 lbs. i play sports and control what i eat but i never seem to get a good shape.

but i dont want to go overboard like this-

besides what im doing now, what can i do to get in shape like the first picture? for example what are some simple floor exercises that i can do that are not painful to my joints.

also, my family isn't the wealthiest family in the world so i cant exactly use weights or equipment.

anybody got any ideas? (they have to be able to be done in the morning, night, or both because im gone during the day every day)

please help!

  1. Good question, very descriptive.

    I'll just tell you that the guy in the second picture is most likely (99% sure) using steroids, you won't look like him from diet and exercise alone. The guy in the first picture has low body fat percentage and a good amount of muscle.

    You also try HIIT (high intensity interval training). Do some research on it, it could be just what your looking for. HIIT is one of the best and fastest ways to loose body fat and tone muscle, and very cheap. It deals with exploding bursts of energy, rest, then another explosion of energy. This actually improves join function and decreases join damage.
