How can i get italian fiscal code from another country ?

Well there is a software from the Italian government to give the Codice Fisciale, but you can't use it unless you have been registered at the tax offices. If you are an ex resident you can use it. To be issued with a CF you need to be in the country and either present the application yourself, or if you hire a 'document agency' (people who spend the hours in all different govermental offices to get all your needed documents for a fee)
