1st learn their language as fluent as possible, well enuff to verbally communicate. niot just "hi, how are u?"

2ndly, apply for the airline at malaysianairlines.com

3rd, if didnt get the job, repeat the 1st and 2nd line until you get the job.   if you repeat and still didnt get the job...open your own airline.

You don't say what kind of job. It would be easier to get one as a baggage handler than cabin attendant or flight crew.
