If he is smart, he is not giving up Lynch.  He has noone strong enough to fill that spot.  But if you want to try it, your only trade bait is Manning, since he doesn't have a definite starter at QB.  You can't give up TO, because your WRs are pretty weak otherwise.  If you want to count on Favre having a big year in NY, then you can try to do the Manning deal.

Well you will probably have to part with Manning. Manning and Hardy for Lynch and Hester. He does not have much depth at RB, so he will probably not give up Lynch easily. I would stick with what you have, and watch the waiver wire for some young emerging talent.

The only way I'd make that deal with you would be if you did:

Manning/Favre/Lewis <--> Leinhart/Warner/Lynch

You might have to let this one go.  He does not need a receiver like T.O. b/c he has Moss.  None of your starting RBs are projecting the numbers that Lynch has, so he won't go for that, and even Manning may be a stretch b/c you would have to include a RB in the deal no matter what.  If I were you, I would move on to other options.  Sorry.
