How can i get me hair like this?

This is my hair right now.

it has grown since this pic just like a little bit longer.

I want my hair like this-

I know i would have to dye my hair but how would i cut and style it so it can be like that?

hair styles like that is ALL ABOUT how you part it.. notice the part in teh picture. so if you dont wnat to do as much work tell the stylist to cut it with that part.... other wise if youjust say short layers and bangs... its not gonna have teh same shape as the picture...

i've been through that... but this cut seems simple enough that you can wear it with any part.

well, it think ur hair r not luking 2 bad ........ but since u wanna change them, take dat pic in the saloon n ask them 2 make ur hair that way n color them red, wid blonde streaks!!!!!

Get a razor cut and thinned out... or you could just bring the picture in to your hair dresser.
