I assume you are in the united states. Use Western Union or Money Gram. Almost every site accepts it.

Do some research on which gift cards work on the site you wish to play on. Buy a gift card visa and use that.

If you have a bank account you can use the bank account and echecks although they might require an age check.

Western union though is probably your best bet
