  1. Mongoose enchant, and +12 agility enchant on your cloak. Also, dexterity on boots.

    Try shadow boxing!


  2. you could try some of the P90X workouts.

    you can get them on Limewire.

    their really great workouts.

    or you could always drop boxing (a dying sport)

    and

    get into something more on the lines of MMA classes

    or Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, or Muay Thai classes.

  4. agility can be acheived from great streching in part with core training. your core in boxing is the most important muscle to work. it allows you to dodge puches and counter punches gracefully. gotta remember you are trying to hit your opponent and not get hit in return. a strong  back is very important as well. try planks and as many ab excercises as possible. guys like floyd and roy and definetly the early tyson had great reflexes as well. they will develop with each and every fight so just keep fighting and reflexes will develop. so ab excercises, stretching, great footwork, a good fighting stance and good reflexes will definetly fine tune you to become the fighter you want to become. u dont have to buy anything just work with what you got. good luck!

  5. Try making some training, like to catch a chicken. Or ask somebody to throw to you something while you try to dodge it.
