Question:

How can i get more energy to studing?

i'm16 and i have to study alot&my lessons are too hard.i don't know what to do coz when i start to studing i begin to sleeping or watch tv or play with computer or listen to music.plsssss help me.i'm in terrible mood

  1. ask your parents to help you get some of your friends to help or better yet just put it out of your mind and focus on your work before starting meditate take a walk and work for an hour then take a brake do so yoga it will help you keep a cool head


  2. A few things I do to keep concentrated is to stay away from reading while lying on my bed.  I also switch between subjects I do like and ones that I don't prefer.  

    If you are looking for stimulants many people drink coffee but for me the energy drops off after only a few hours.  I have some friends that use "5 Hour Energy" drinks (http://www.5hourenergy.com/).  They supposedly do not have the "crash" that occurs with caffeine and sugars.  

    Lastly, its good to get up and walk around every now and then and perhaps get something to eat.  Good luck.

  3. heyyy. just relax and give peace to your mind.dont just simply byhat your lessons.give full consentration on your studies. and plzzz dont give much importance to entertaimment as it may effect your studies. take a good sleep in night so that the next day u can feel fresh and active. for studying you must have atleast 9 hour sleep. your mind have to get some relaxation for better working. note down these points:

    1=eat some leafy vegetables everyday.dont eat junk food as it may effect u and your brain.

    2=eat a lot of fruits so that your body remains fit everyday.

    3=take a walk in the fresh air early in the morning bcause it gives your brai fresh air.

    4=and when you start learning dont go very fast read slow so that your brain gets more comfort.

    5=make more concentration on your studies than on your entertainment.

    6=early in the morning plz go through your lesson bcause your mind will be fresh and it accepts everything.

    when i was facing this difficulty i keep following these points and it resulted excellent . then all the best for your results

  5. I would suggest to take sports.

    second, change your reading environmental untill you find the right place.

    Sometimes I stay in Cafe' or Macdonald or Library, it works well for me.

    For reading concentration is important, some of distraction is just because your healthy  reflection, sports can peace your mind, even 10 minutes jog.

    Listen music is absolutely not a good policy when u need to concentrate.

    Rest and take a nap after long reading is also essential.

  6. Skip a day of school and free yourself from studying. Then in that day go to the park for a stroll or the beach just to suntan, let your hair down, or maybe meet up with a couple of friends for a match of badminton.

    The feeling I got in your question is that you're feeling very tired of studying and want a life out of school.

    Maybe you should learn to allocate your time well, for study and play, and for your family and lastly, for rest.
