  1. love the game volley ball and  try  watch dat game

  2. if u really liked volleyball u wouldnt be asking this question, just try to have more passion for the game

  3. But you don't strike me as simple.  It's "focus" (F O C U S) by the way.  Now .... LASH out at me!  I'm NOT joking.  Do it.

  4. clear your mind, put everything else aside, and try to give your full attention to your coach. if that doesn't work, try giving your self a day off to relax and settle the stress. other than that...try to keep your head in the game...lol.

  5. Concentrate on the ball on serves. When on the court make sure your doing your job. Remember that 5 other players rely on you doing your job, if you can't do it your letting them down and you might cause the team a point. Take pride in your job or position and everything else should fall into place.

  6. yell loud on the court.

it will help you open up and be more aggressive.

thats what my old coach told me.

  7. if you wanna get pumped up and aggressive at volleyball, just think i wanna be the best and get mad, listen to some good rock and roll/death metal or some kind music to get yourself pumped up and read to go and then just play, its what i do and i kick but

  8. passion creates deep concentration.

    distractions take away from it.

solve your other problems or meditate to

put them out of your head before u go to practice.
