  1. not possible.  it takes a full month of weight training for the body to begin answering the demand and begin hypertrophy.  all the gains in strength during the first month are a result of improved nervous system motor recruitment.  you can however make your muscles appear more developed, which I am guessing is your goal.  Weight training and proper diet will help increase your muscle's glycogen sensitivity and thus more water absorption.  Pair that with some fat reduction and you will look more defined


  2. do a lot of cardiovascular work - running, bike riding or swimming

    because that will lose fat and gain muscle

    and then also, every second day, do weights on arms, legs etc and also some fit ball exercises would work a treat.
