St. John Ambulance gives first aid courses in many areas. And it takes 1-2 days for a First Aid with CPR course, less if you only need the CPR certificate.

Americanheart.org and find a local CPR Class.  Rockford Ambulance offers many CPR and First Aid Classes each month for The Grand Rapids MI area.  Most CPR Classes last about 4 hours. AHA CPR Certification is usually for 2 years.  If you are are in Michigan, Come visit one of our CPR classes in Grand Rapids at a Non Profit Price.

Try an EMS station. I got mine there. The class was long but well worth it. If not there try the health dept. or even a local community college sometimes offers it.
