How can i get my Palm Centro to sync with Outlook 2002?

I bought a Palm Centro to sync with my Outlook but it always fails. I tried Palm support who says my outlook is corrupted (which I don't think it is). I have reinstalled and updated my outlook but it is still not working. Any suggestions?

if u do the sync it will ask you to do it. it try to re- install the CD. its confusing. this is the best answer your going to get!
