How can i get my baby to drink sitting up?

My 9 month old has been feeding herself her bottles for 2-3 months now and can drink from a sippy cup but she will only do it if she is laying down. When she is up and moving she will go after her sippy because she knows there is something in it but she can't get anything out of it unless she lays down. I have tried to give her sippys at snack and supper time but she will not drink anything out of them.

How do i get her to drink out of them when she is sitting or standing?

if your baby is happy she will probably figure it out on her own, just keep offering it to her.

Maybe when she lays down she can get out as if she sits up she has to tilt her head back more she has hard time for the liquid to come out. She is only 9 months it's ok for her to have bottle i would wait till 12 months that's when bottle is taken away maybe by then she do better with the sippy cups
