How can i get my bangs like this?

take a small flat iron and when you get to the end of your hair turn the flat iron the oposite way you want the hair to go

I would use a flat iron to flip it up and them put spritz super holding spray on it♥

Use your straightening iron, but, twist your wrist slightly as you are pulling it through the bangs.Too much twist will create a crimp.  Too little of a twist will give you nothing.

My hair does that! Grow them out to, maybe, right above your chin and blow them out to the side. You might need product.
