  1. He can join you in the UK as your fiance and marry or register a civil partnership within six months.

He will be allowed to stay in the UK for six months but without permission to work. When he is married or has registered a civil partnership, he can apply for a two-year extension to your visa and, if his application is granted, he will be allowed to work. Near the end of this time, he can apply to stay in the UK permanently. Before he will need to pass the 'Life in the UK' test.

He will need to fill in the following visa application form:

    http://www.ukvisas.gov.uk/resources/en/d...

    a passport or travel document.

    A recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm), colour photograph of himself.

    This should be:

taken against a light coloured background

clear and of good quality, and not framed or backed

printed on normal photographic paper, and

full face and without sunglasses, hat or other head covering unless you wear this for cultural or religious reasons (but the face must not be covered).

The visa fee. This cannot be refunded and he must normally pay it in the local currency of the country where he's applying.

Supporting documents relevant to his application.

    Further information is here

But as he was deported submission of his application can be difficult. You can find out what to expect in this situation by contacting
