How can i get my boyfriend to ireland for a holiday and get a passport?

my boyfriend lives in Egypt and i would like for him to come on holiday is this possiable

Standard Procedure in any country before traveling to another

1. Apply for Egyptian Passport (he will not be eligible for an Irish one)

2.  Apply for a holiday visa in Egypt to Ireland (Irish Consulate)

3. On successful completion of 1 & 2 Purchase flights tickets

He must apply for a passport in his country of origin and the apply for Visa in Irish consulate.

He can probably apply in his country but passports can take awhile so urge him to find out where the passport office is in his city and apply. Unfortunately, you can't get one for him. I hope this helps.
