My brother starts Grade 5 tommorow. He is very nervous + jealous because i start September 3rd because parts of my school are getting remodeled. He's nervous, and he's acting all strange and crying. My parents got divorced and my mom left, and i'm living with my Dad at his Girlfriends house now. We moved this morning at 6AM, I helped my brother plan his clothes, I ironed his clothes, Packed his backpack, and just kept saying " I'll be there for you." And he just keeps sitting in the corner going " No i dont want to go, i dont want to ". Please dont say ' Get a counselor". My dad is a total Jack-*** and is going to be all mean to my brother, and my soon to be step mom is at work. It's me, My twin brother, My little brother, My little sister, My dad, His GF, Her 3 kids, Ages 9,3,and 8. The 9 & 8 year old are going to the same school as him and their all walking together. He gets along with them [Their both boys] and he plays with them. I tried telling him that he'll have fun, He'll love his teacher [I had his teacher for 5th grade] and his class-room is Air conditioned. He was excited WAY before my parents got divorced and we moved here. [Btw, My dad IS a jack-*** because if my little brother tried to talk to him about this he'd say " you'll get over it, just go to school and stop being a f a g".

  1. Walk to school with him like a parent normally would do, get there kinda early and walk him into his class, meet the teacher, get your soon to be step brothers to get a group of friends to meet him and they'll all get excited and he'll totally forget how bummed he was because he has a lot of people that care about him around him.

    Good luck!!

  2. Aw, It will be ok Sweetie :)

Why not make him a special snack for when he comes home. That will show you remember him. You could also pack him a nice lunch and ad a note in saying your thinking of him. Tell him about all the fun he will have. Just being there will make him fell better. And I think that it was awful sweet of you to pick out his clothes and iron them for him.

  3. MAN FUNK UR DAD. why did your mom leave you does he like it better with her?  do wat the other guy said

  4. Your dad is a Jack-***. Walk him to school,Extra Early [Not like 2hrs early, Maybe 20 minutes.] Walk him in, Show him around the 5th grade level. Tell him he's going to be the Oldest in the school. Tell him NOT to cry during school, He's going to need to set a good example for the younger kids. I hope your life gets better sweety :)
