How can i get my bt broadband talk phone to take incoming call?

  1. Follow the instructions and register the hub 'phone to the hub.

    If you've already done this and you still can't receive and  / or make calls from the hub 'phone, unplug the hub from the mains electric for 2 minutes, plug it back in and wait for all the green lights to settle down. This action performs a reset and the hub 'phone will be back to normal.


  2. If you mean a hub phone you need to register it .It's in the hand book . Or phone 150 on a normal bt line

  3. Don't bother , the bt hub is the worst piece of c**p ever to be called a modem/router. I have had BT broadband for 8 months and so far i have had 3 replacements, 2 of which have been battered into oblivion! Have a look on You Tube at all the BT hubs being destroyed by irate customers.
