How can i get my daughter back?

Im in a bad position i have a daughter than i no is mine well the problem is i barely came into her life and my name isnt on the birth certificate an she is living with her mom an the guy thats on the birth certificate an they live about 5 hours away from me! me an the mom know its my baby but turns out she is a gold digger so she left me an went to this guy. i want my daughter back is there anyway i can get her back if im not on the birth certificate an maybe her mother is not cooperative?

What you can do is demand a DNA test.  That would prove that you are the father. The other thing that you can do is get a good lawyer and take her to court and demand to see your daughter.  You have every right to see her.  Good Luck!!

take her to court they will do a paternity test if she is yours the mother will be charged wid purjury and you can get accsess but what you need to think about is how this will affect your child

Yes the judge can order a dna test even if the mom doesn't want you to take one.

Get a lawyer and get a dna test or go on Maury... he always has paternity test result shows.  If you really feel like you can raise the child and have every intentions and means to do so then I'd hire a lawyer to prove that I was the father and fight to get her back or at least visitation rights.  Good Luck!
