How can i get my eye to stop burning really bad, being red, and stop tearing up?

i got work in an hour...my eye is bloodshot red, burns like h**l, it makes my nose run, and it keeps tearing up

wat can i do? eye drops dont work i went to the eye doctor for this in june and they gave me some eye drops and they were better but idk where those are so i bought murine plus but it didnt do anything

btw i wear contacts...there night and day so i wear them night and day

but i take them out for a few days every 2-3 weeks and change them every month so...yeah

You have to let your eye rest. Your eye sounds really irritated (and pissed off), probably from your contacts. Even though you CAN wear night and day contacts both night and day, you'd be giving your eyes a breather by taking them out while you sleep. Do you have glasses you can wear to work today? That'd be the best way to let your eye recover, don't wear your contacts for 24 hours. If you don't have glasses, just wear one contact in the eye that isn't irritated. It's not ideal, but it'll work out a lot better than continuing to irritate your eye.

This is serious.  It is your eyesight.  Why are you taking chances with this?  Get to the ophthalmologist, and get your contacts out.  Murine is only going to make your eyes worse.  It is a dangerous chemical, and has had bad reports on health internet sites.
