i live with him. he is putting on weight. he cant afford gym membership at the moment and he doesnt get a place in the local cricket team as much as he would like. when we go shopping he gets a few healthy foods but its mostly full of rubbish like cheeses, burgers and crisps.i have to do the food shopping with him coz the nearest supermarket is 2 miles away and i dont drive. he also gets takeaways once or twice a week (fish n chips, chinese and pizzas) not to mention the sandwiches he buys every other day at work. hes already put on weight and i dont want him getting bigger. how can i help him become more healthy?
