How can i get my fella to be more healthy?

i live with him. he is putting on weight. he cant afford gym membership at the moment and he doesnt get a place in the local cricket team as much as he would like.

when we go shopping he gets a few healthy foods but its mostly full of rubbish like cheeses, burgers and crisps.

i have to do the food shopping with him coz the nearest supermarket is 2 miles away and i dont drive.

he also gets takeaways once or twice a week (fish n chips, chinese and pizzas) not to mention the sandwiches he buys every other day at work.

hes already put on weight and i dont want him getting bigger. how can i help him become more healthy?

  1. you could try cooking healthy meals for him or with him and have fun while youre doing it

  3. Running is the best exercise and he should drink two glasses of milk after his daily work out to build lean firm solid muscles fast.

    Stretching before and after exercise prevents pain, strain, sprains and torn tendons.

    Avoid smoking, drinking alcohol ( that causes baldness and flabby blubber), fast food and junk food ( makes flab worse )

    If ordering a pizza get it on whole wheat crust, you order it without him so that he doesn't know and once baked he's not even going to notice it's whole wheat since it's baked golden brown.

    When ordering oriental order beef sirloin with green bell pepper, crab, snow peas, chicken with pineapple and shrimp with tomatoes.

    Japanese is much more healthier oriental cuisine than Chinese.

    When ordering fish and chips order baked haddock and baked chips with the skin on and some lemons instead of butter.

    Oh yes and green tea everyday.

    If he doesn't like tea then here are some sneaky ways of adding green tea into his favorite, you can add it into his favorite cake batter and bake it into a cake with the green tea.

    You can also stir-fry veggies in green tea, simmer rice in green tea and mix cold green tea in cold fruit beverages.
