How can i get my fighting instinct back?

How cud I get the fighting instinct I had it before but I had too many anger management lessons i love boxing and if I want to be a boxer you need the fighting instinct and before a fight I get scared but before I didn't I need to stick up for myself as well please help (Any info/websites) and I know it sounds stupid but how could i get angry again because before a fight i get scared and don't stick up for myself i have no confidence please help

  1. Dont get angry just get fit. Push your body and the strain will transform the passiveness. Its a sport too remember.


  2. Just watch alot of Boxing matches either on t.v or the internet.

  3. Sounds like you are trying to get psyched up for a fight.  

    Listen to angry metal music. Or anything that will elevate your heart rate.  If you watch fights, you will sometimes see trainers or members if a boxer's entourage screaming at the fighter.

    What you are trying to do is kick-start your endorphins.

    Finally, if you are on any type of medication, get off of it.

  4. Cut weight!

    Cutting weight will help you out because will be bigger than some of the guys that don't have to cut and you will be angry as heck because of the BS you have to deal with when cutting.

    Everyone gets angry when they cut weight.

  5. If you had it will always be there, the best way to get it back is start fighting again. I went through the same thing, but as soon as i got into a fight again and got hit hard it came right back to me.

    When I was younger I went ape **** at the prospect of a fight, now I try to avoid fights, but the odd time it did happen My killer instinct snapped right back when I got hit.

    So throw yourself into a fight, or try sparring with some freinds. Sparring seems to work well.


  6. Let your best friend kick you in the cods....after you get up, you'll want to beat the c**p out of him.

  7. You must fight first then lose to good boxer. You must feel the pain and if you overcome that you'll have your confidence back with a strong fighting spirit. Motivate yourself to fight again the guy who outboxed you.

  8. watch fighting movies, like rocky and fighting movies. Liston to heavy metal music about killing and gangster rap music. you'll be back into it in no time.
