How can i get my hair like ashley olsens?

Question

my hair is long, black and i also have a short side fringe

how do i get it to go like this?

Gosh. that looks kind of confusing. I would recomend putting some gel in it at night (or hairspray) and then doing like that one girl said and putting it in braids. Then when you wake up, just take them out. And maybe use a curling iron if not all the pieces look perfect.

Take a thin curling iron and wrap small/medium sections or hair around the rod *without the clamp* then release the clamp to hold the hair on the rod. wait about 30 seconds, then gently take out the iron.it will look really tight, but dont worry. Put some light hairspray on the curl and then loosen it up. it will look like perfect little beach waves. do it to you whole head then finish with some more light hairspray ( heavier depending on the thickness of you hair)

Take the pic to a hairdresser and she'll fix it up like that.

Blond dye/highlights and braid it after your evening shower (make sure to keep the side part when you braid it) to get the wavy look. Your fringe will have to grow out further on its own, so that will take some time but other than that, you can have hair like that by tomorrow if your hair's long enough. A layered haircut might help, but I'm not sure about that.
