How can i get my hair to grow real fast?

i want my hair to be long and fast but i use heat on it just about everyday what should i do to make it grow? and i like my hair stragith so not useing heat would not be a option plus i use heat protector and garnie frutess sleek and shine (sorry for miss spelling)

I had an ex boyfriend who swore by drinking jello while it was still in liquid form. He made it like the directions said but instead of putting in in the fridge to firm, he'd drink it like hot tea. The keritin from the geletine I guess induces hair and nail growth.

He was emo before emo existed back in the late 80s! LOL! But it did work...he had hair and nails longer than me, it was almost creepy!!!
