How can i get my hair to have more body? ?

like what shampoo/conditioner should i use? (not herbal essences volume envy, or whatever its called, i've tried it and it doesn't work for me)

when your hairs wet put some volumizing mouse in it and blow dry yor hair upside down.

use the pantene stuff and after wardsds run your fingers through your hair (from the inside) with mousse

dont ever use gel but you can use hairspray

Use Toni&Guy beach curl spray, its a thickening spray, so should work..
