i love hilarie burton, and i love her hair.

mine is about the same cut and length and naturally wavy. i also dont use curling irons, instead i use curlers.

blow dry with a big round brush

Purchase a volume inducing mouse. Blowdry towel damp hair upsidedown. Then flip the hair up right, taking about inch thick sections, twirl the hair around your finger to create large ringlets or loose waves (depending on concentration of heat and twirl)
