How can i get my hometown news paper on the net?

Im from a small town in central indiana called elwood,in.Ilike to read the news from home on the net.please help me.

Contact  the managing editor of the newspaper and the publisher and say to them that this will increase circulation for them if they are on the net. Newspapers are quietly dying all over the world, due to the cost of paper, lack of advertising and the giant mutli-national media corporations taking over.

Oftenimes editors and publsihers who are used to print don't understand the value of havint the paper on net. Explain to thme the benefits.
