How can i get my horses mane grow?

i have a bashkir curly horse and his mane will grow about 1 inch in the winter ans the summer it is almost all gone.Now i know that a bashkir curly horse can be like that but i have seen a lot with long mane and tale can i do some thing to make it grow or no ? and i would also like to find some great english styles

i know the answer to this question! give him a biotin supplement. most hoof supplements have it in it. it worked for my pony. also your pony may not be able to grow long mane. but it should work. good luck!
