  1. use a spray bottle to spray water in her face when ever she bites

  2. you could get it somthing to teeth on

you could squeak if it bites TO hard i think

  3. Young kittens between the ages of 3 weeks old and 8 months old will be teething off and on, and will have very strong needs to bite.  Just like baby children, kittens are born without teeth, start getting their first baby teeth at about 3-4 weeks old, then they will lose their baby teeth and have their adult teeth come in up until the age of about 8 months old.  So the trick here is not to keep them from biting; but rather, to provide them appropriate items to bite.  We use heavy-duty plastic drinking straws with our kittens, (being careful to cut off any bitten ends and discard the entire straw before it becomes dangerous, as with any toy), and train them from the start that toys and straws are purr-rectly fine to bite, but human body parts are off-limits!  If a kitten learns this from the start, there is hardly ever an inappropriate biting behavior as an adult.  Some cats start biting out of frustration after they have been de-clawed.  Some cats start biting out of misplaced aggression, which usually can be countered by providing the cat a feline playmate, and/or providing them more cat toys, cat furniture, and making their environment more stimulating for them.  Any time the kitten bites you make a loud “yowling” sound. If you’ve ever witnessed a cat get hurt, you will probably know what this sounds like. After you yowl, walk away and ignore the kitten. Never yell at or hit a cat. At all times, it is critical that you be thinking and acting on the firm belief that "toys and straws are for biting; human hands are for giving and receiving love.”

  4. speak with authority and tell it NO

and lightly tap it on the nose... it will hurt its feelings.

might also try using a spray bottle.. when it does something you dont like spray it..... they hate water

  5. bite him back

    :]

  6. kittens bite, its just how they are, they get over it though so dont worry about it.

you can try the dicipline thing but it probablt wont work

  7. blow in its face when it does it. dont dangle your fingers in front of it's nose.

  8. Give him a stern "NO," a light bop on the nose, and immediately provide him with a teething toy to bite instead. He'll start to learn that biting your hand is a no-no, but biting toys is acceptable.

  9. when she bites tap her nose so she/he knows and it will stop biting

  10. She probably is just teething. She'll stop on her own.

  11. well sometimes you cant stop then from biting but if its something that's taking over your life when she bites make kind of a " a-ah" sound that will get her attention and hopefully after a few times of that he or she will stop, or you could move her away from what shes  biting right after you say "a-ah" good luck

  12. don't ever hit her like some people might say. say "no" in a harsh turn. never shake your finger at them cause they might think that is an invitation to bite more. and if they bite you, ignore them for a while, so they know they've done wrong.

  13. i have had 13 cats so far and im only 13 and many of them bite when they are little.how young is yout kitten and is it male or female beacuase males are known for nipping you. the best thing to do is to yell OUCH!! then ignore the kitten for at least 5 minutes so it knows that itsz wrong BUT hitting it even softly would bee entirly wrong to do. remember itsz a kitten and doesent know better.

    Good Luck!!

  14. It will stop when it gets older, its a kitten and it is playful. It is annoying but they all go through it and get over it.

  15. Well maybe she does not like where you are petting her or what you are doing to her when she bites you

  16. Spray Listerine on your hands - it tastes bad, and so will you!

  17. Hit her lightly on the nose when she does so she knows it's wrong!!!

  18. You don't. It's a kitten, it's called teething. Your kitten will grow out of it. Trust me, I've fostered and adopted out cats with a non-profit organization called Love-A-Stray and they all do it when they are young and they grow out of it.

  19. get it toys or put bitter apple or something smelly on your hands. but if you do that she might not want to be held

  20. the same way you get a kitten to stop doing anything. Saying "no" loudly and maybe snapping your fingers (so your cat will start to associate your displeasure with the sound). Then get up and walk away from the kitten. If she/he is too agressive, you may want to spray them with water or canned air.

Please don't hit them in the face. They will start to associate hands coming toward their face (for a pettting) with pain.
