How can i get my money back from prestigecamera? I bought a sony camera 6 moths ago, delivered damaged?

the HD sensor of the camera was damaged. i noticed later that they return term. they got me on the phone and make me to buy some other accesorries. one battery was dead. I sent them the camera and the baterry. they say they fixed everthing and sent me the camera and the battery. in the same damaged condition. I saw the reviews only now. How can I get my money back and return all the products I bought? They never answer my phone: prestigecamera

You are well beyond any help at this point.  I was going to say, you can send it back and then dispute the charges with the CC company, but since it is over 6 months ago, there is going to be very little you can do at this point.  You can try small claims court, which is probably your only option.
