How can i get my parakeet breathing good again

ok so i took my parakeet to the vet and it turns out he has organ failure. this is causing his nose to clog up and he is scraping his nose on things trying to get it out. is there any thing that we can do to help his nose get unclogged. he tries to sneeze it out and is having a really hard time breathing.

If it was something that could have or should have been removed your avian vet should have handled it while the parakeet was there.  Please don't ever try to remove anything from your parakeet's nostrils, you could injure him (or worse).   What kind of organ failure does he have?  Take him back to your avian vet.
