How can i get my parents to buy me a new snowboard?

Get a job babysitting, or mowing lawns, walking dogs.  Earn the money yourself for next season.

Find a way to make it worth their while. You can offer to do a bunch of chores or offer to do things around the house that they are currently paying for....walk the dog, shovel the driveway, clean the house.

You can also try and meet your parents half way by raising money on your own. You can work part time for a few weeks for sell some stuff that you don't use anymore on ebay.

If you have a snowboard hid it and say you broke it or you can do chores to raise up you money for your snowboard

Make it worth their while.

Promise them better marks if you're coasting at school, that you'll be responsible for taking out the garbage on Tuesday nights or doing the dishes on week nights.

Don't offer something unreasonable like 40 hours of piano practice a week or you'll cook dinner for a month.  Make sure it's something you can do and will do.  Do it for a period of time before you ask for the board also.
