How can i get my pic shown instead of my avatar?

A lot of users have posted as having the same problem with the 360 avatar. Yahoo have started major updates to all of its servers, the avatar will show eventually some report waiting 2-3 days before the avatar shows. so try to be patient.

add a photo to your 360

then click the 360 button

Well the yahoo! 360 thing is what you have to do & even after you upload a pic and set it as your default it still takes a few hours (for me at least)
