How can i get my pictures like this?

what software can i use to make my pictures black and white and whatever i want in color?

Gimp, Photoshop Elements, Picasa (to a limited degree).  I guess some of the online tools allow this kind of editing, too.

In short....

1. Select the item(s) you want to leave in color.

2. Invert the selection to select everything else.

3. Convert to black-and-white or desaturate everything.

4. Ta da.

honestly, the easiest way is from your camera.

check if your camera has color accent or something like that.

this allows you to pick a specific color that will be, well, accented, and the rest will be black and while.
