Question:

How can i get my reaction/reflexes back?

i used to have the best reaction on my volleyball team and now i feel like i'm, losing it, can u give me some tips on how to do some exercise to get it back??

  1. relax breathe...dont focus on anything.....except getting that ball onto ur wrist or into ur fingertips......


  2. just try to get more active. maybe you could get involved in some kind martial art. jujitsu  is my recomendation.

  3. ask a friend to pepper with you and have them spike it to you short and fast so you get practice.

  4. 1. GET ENOUGH SLEEP!!! If you're tired, your body is slow!

    2. it may be your vision....you may want to get your eyes checked

    3. play goofy hand-slap games! It's not only fun, but it keeps your reflexes up.

  5. have a friend or someone pepper with you for about 20 minutes to get your warmed up. then have them go onto the other side of the net and play one on one, full court. then have them come back to your side, close to the net, with their back to the net. have them throw the ball anywhere on the court while you're in the center. do this for a while. try to practice everyday. when he or she throws it to you it makes you run and it also works on your agility. you'll do fine, good luck though!

  6. I think that it's all in your head; I don't see how one could lose their reaction speed.  Just don't think about it.
