How can i get my right side splits down in a week?

I have a dance competition in less than two weeks and in my routine I need to have my right side splits down. I'm currently about three inches from the ground. How can I get down?

  1. set up a routine I dunno if you can get them down in a week but I had a three week routine where in week1 I would do various amounts of streching for 15min in the day and 15min before bed

    then the next week I would increase the time from 30 to 45min 15in the morning 15after lunch and 15min before bed

    after the second week i pretty much had my split.

    one thing you can do to help your split is too lie on your back on the floor put butt against the wall with your legs parallel to the wall and then open out into a split and let gravity do the rest for about 2to5 min

    One more thing if you can stand to hold each stretch for more than 60 sec it would really help increase your flexibility but you have to be focused and have know detractions except maybe  some of your favorite music that you like to help relax you.

    streatch every time you can: watching t.v, playing a game, or anything else you can think of!!!
