How can i get my teeth whiter, fast!?

well i dont want to buy anything, and i dont have any whitening strips.

but does anyone have a way i can get my teeth whiter quickly?

as in like a week or so.

im not looking for blinding white teeth, but i do want them to look good.

hmm, maybe cut back on drinks with caffeine. and brush your teeth like 3 times a day.
