An EXCELLENT toothpaste whitener is Crest Vivid White. After a week or two you will see results!

Or you can use Crest White Strips, as long as you can put aside 15 mins a day to put a strip on, and be prepared to drool, lol!

DON'T GET DENTURES!!!!Crest white strips work great, creat whitening rinse and crest vivid white night toothpaste is good too. If you want to go to the dental office for whitening i would recommend the fitted trays and whitening gel they give you.  DO NOT do the one hour laser treatment! Its a big waste of money. You will pay around $500 + for it and your teeth are just going to stain back (as they naturally would) but with the trays you will always have them because they are fitted to your mounth and I don't know about other offices, but the one I work for gives you 8 suringes that will last a long time. So when ever you feel your teeth need some extra whitening just squirt some gel in and pop the tray in your mouth.

Crest White Strips are popular and do work. The bleaching also lasts long than Laser treatments. Laser is a quick fix, the white strips take a week (if you buy the week long one). Also there is much more sensitivity with laser treatments... and of course, expense.

However, if you have dental work that needs to be done (fillings, crowns, etc) you need to hold off until that is complete. Also, no bleaching will white or brighten dental work.
