  1. well running up and down stairs and doing wall sits will improve vertical.  the more you run, the faster you will get. i would stay away from the shakes and pills...they are just full of caffeine and your body can get addicted to that very easily.

  3. strenthen your calves by putting your toes on the edge of a step and raise your body up and down. do 1 set of 15 with your toes straight, another set with your toes in, and another with your toes out. You also want to do squats to improve your quads which also help a great deal in your vertical.

  4. I don't really know about drinks that can make you jump higher or faster other than protein drinks that'll help your body repair quicker. You probably know this already but putting weights on your ankles will do a lot for your jumps. Hope this helps. Go to GNC or VitaminWorld- they'll assist you.
